MHS Consulting approaches executive coaching with the understanding that the coaching experience is fundamentally a process of self-discovery and behavior development by the executive, with external perspective and expertise from the coach to assist the executive in further development of their skills, style, and approach to leadership. The assessment services provided by MHS Consulting derive from the Wiley program. Their professional assessment tools help to build effective and productive workplace relationships. Our consultants are trained in the facilitation of these assessments, which include DiSC and PXT Select, and can offer leadership training and facilitation upon completion of the assessment process.
